How old is the tank? How long have you had the anemone?

NO3 and PO4 levels?

Any other recent history on the tank?

Thanks for responding. Had the anemone for 3 months, never moved and seemed happy. Tank will be 1 yr old on July 7. NO and PO = 0. I had to pull it last night. Weird it was fine then quickly not

NO and PO = 0.

It was this.

They have a large demand for phosphates especially.

The lack is probably why he was mounted under a rock ledge as opposed to out in the light.

Fix your nutrients and you should have better luck next time. ;)
