Does anybody know why the toadstool is discolored and it has not been opening up fully for the past 5 days!! Below are some photos.

Saltwater Aquarium
Needs more water flow and light appears a bit dark. 20% white and 75% Blue
According to picture its trying to shed but having issues with shedding.
