hi can anyone help me with which bulkheads and size pipe and fittings I need as I am at a total loss as the bulkheads I've got don't work with the pipework I have.and any ideas on how to set it up inside the overflow box its gonna be a torso overflow.the smaller hole is about 32mm and the two bigger ones 42

Agree with the BRS video. Where did you purchase the tank? Can they help?

Sounds like you may have a mix of metric and imperial bulkheads and pipe. You might need some specific local help to make sure you get the bulkheads that fit the PVC pipe that you have in the UK.

Does the pipe you have indicate the size and standard? Metric or imperial? The sizes are close, but can be between 1 and 2 mm different leading to either pipe that won't fit in the bulkhead, or won't be snug.

Hole sizes in the glass can vary a few mm as long as there's plenty of glass for the gaskets to rest on.
