Anyone know how I could fix this without having to go out and buy a new tank?

This might be best posted in the DIY or General Equipment Forum to get the most number of knowledgeable eyes on it.

However, in the meantime, can you provide more information as to where this is on the tank and what this is on (main tank, tank used for a sump, etc.)? Also, information such as what size tank would be helpful. In general, I'm going to expect that you'll probably need to buy a new tank, or cut out that panel of glass and replace the cracked panel. I'm assuming you were tightening the bulkhead with a wrench?

Ok thank you

is that glass or acrylic? sorry to hear!

Seems like a bad crack. Definitely go to the DIY forum to see if you can do anything.
