Well, I said (yet again) that I would not go bigger on my tank size. I rocked my little 20nuvo for a while, upgraded to a 25 lagoon and now, I decided to go up again. This dang hobby though...

So here’s the quick initial post. Upgraded to a 60SR from innovative marine. I will post updates and stuff as I go over the next few days. This is the stand it will call home. One that I built about 2 years ago. The stain had turned on me so I sanded and added a nice gray.

Here’s the rock work. I do have life rock in my 25 gallon but, I’m not sure if I will use much in here. This will be a “quick cycle” as I will be using some old sand from the 25g, water from 25g, water from 300g frag system and about 15g of new water. Anyway, here is a pic. Still undecided on the right side structure.

Things are slowly coming together. Water is being made as we speak. I have to button up a power strip on the back. Finishing installing my stand lights, get the sand in, move tank back in position, then add water.

Got water in, now comes the clearing up part. Most of the water is from my tank and a gray tank with about 20g of new. Light is just there so I could see

It is. I just hooked it up today and haven’t used it yet. The calibration was straight forward and easy with their app. I will let you know as I start using it.
