Thanks Austin! I just took it an hour ago right when the halides were turning on. The tentacles aren't as green as the pic makes them but it's a cool effect nonetheless!

my mag's never put their foot out that far.

Give me some specs on flow and lighting here!I must know I have to replicate to get this effect!

My mag tends to have the long, stretched out look right after it gets fed. However, it pretty much looks like that 24/7. I feed around 1-2x/week (salmon, tuna, cod) and it sits about 14" under a 400 watt 20k Radium with a couple vho's. Flow is provided by a single MP-60.
