Welcome back

I was there in the 80's... took a decade off in the early 2k's. Back in for, what, 5 years now?

I think you'll find that many of the skills and techniques you learned in the 80's are still applicable. Good husbandry never goes out of style. There are many technological advances that you can take advantage of now, much better equipment, but for a healthy aquarium, nothing tops an attentive aquarist.

The 'average' size of a hobbiest aquarium has increased... used to be, a 75g tank was pretty good size. My current system is 150g or so, and it's way small, compaired to what many folks around here are running.

LED's are great... not needing a chiller to combat the heat from your halides, even better :)

Enjoy :)
Thx very much:)
