Hiding HOB Overflow

Do people try and hide their HOB overflow so it does not stand out so much when looking at the tank?

Mine is black with black background... don't really pay attention to it... not many notice as I have been asked if its a drilled tank.... didn't try to hide it but when u have a full reef that's the last thing people notice.

I wouldnt want to put anything to close to it for fear of something clogging. You'll just have to distract the viewers attention with nice looking corals!

Most of us don't pay attention to them because we are looking at the coral. But I have had people who have no clue what they are looking at ask me all the time why is that box in there. I have to explain and they never seem to understand. I look at my tank all the time and this just bugs me.

I dont have a HOB overflow but i do have a lot of stuff back there...a clip on fan and skimmer cup that is easy to see from the side but my Sunpod blocks it all from head on. It would probably annoy me otherwise.
