Replaced DI resin on both Canisters, packed them in very tightly, put back into system. Been running now for over 10 gallons of output but the TDS is 36 on output, compared to 23 on input. I have inline TDS meter, so switched probes around to make sure It is not a probe probe, they give me the same reading.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Checked o-ring, i fact I flipped it over just in case. It is a canister, like the BRS canisters.

looks like your suggestion about the o-ring on top worked. Flipped it over and numbers started to drop more rapidly.

Thanks
