This may only help a few people using cheap lights to start off with, but I thought i should share this info. I rented a PAR meter from my lfs, an Apogee, and made a little par map. Hope it helps someone.

I hope it helps somebody. Thanks for posting. I have to admit, I've never even heard of the Hipargero fixture.

Its the cheapest way to light a nano reef tank without DIY (i think). I would not recommend it for long term use, and if I were doing it again i would spend double and get something better with a known track record. That being said, its worked well for the last 5 months and i have had growth with my acan, my duncans, my zoas, and of course my gsp.
