So I've had my hippo tang for 6 or 7 years. It's grown large and looks awesome. No HLLE to speak of on the fish.

But yesterday I was working from home and decided to sit by the tank and work.
and......

I saw it take a bite out of my dragon soul torch!! Now the torch looks like it's going to lose a head.

Just venting
 
I've seen mine do that from time to time as well. Luckily, hasn' killed anything...yet. Seems like they do it for something to do, not that they enjoy eating it. Hippos are dopey that way.
