Has a tail like a lobster. Size compares to an amphipod. Photo is with an Olloclip macro lens on my iPhone. Critter is sitting in a drop of tank water.

Looks kinda like a Crinoid Squat Lobster? If so, they're reef safe and an awesome bonus! However I'm not positive on this one.
