Can you try for a clearer picture taken under white lights?

How be long have you had this fish?
Have you seen it do any glass surfing?

No glass surfing, under white light. Only for 2 days.

I can see it, but not any details…..

This isn’t a sign of any specific disease, so more background info and better pics are needed.

Has it had this hole since you got it?
Is it growing larger?
Is the fish still feeding?

Well, I'm kind of "flying blind here". The common diagnosis would be an injury with a subsequent bacterial infection. If the hole is deep though, bone necrosis may be happening.
