hole in toadstool

Anybody has experience with this situations?

Coral is healthy and extending polyps. I found this hole after removing a little branch of macroalgae that was on top of it.

It's now open.
Looks like a anemone mouth. lol

Should I worry? Or like in 99% of the cases this will be gone without the need of my interference

Seen it before. Right before it split into two. Had to aggravate it to see it.

Just an update of the condition of this toadstool.
It hasn't grow much the hole diameter.
As I don't have mechanical filtration, a lot of fines get in there, im blowing with turkey baster.
It shut its polyps everyday, but most of day is extended.

Let's see what happens in future @ptrahan ! If it's going to split that would be cool.
