the right box is mostly used as raspberry container right ?
Because I already have a 4 dosing pump box container, big enough to hold a raspberry, i think I could use that

the project is really well done, I'm building now, it would be very useful to add a display with the ph and kh information always visible, I think of an oled display, or epaper display, my knowledge in programming language is not like that deep, has anyone weighed a similar solution?

The most important parts here are the circuit boards/controllers, the pumps and 3D print file for the case. The various tubing and connectors should hopefully be pretty obvious once you have the important parts.

Someone should put these together and sell them. I'd buy an alkalinity tester if they all didn't cost $1k+ and/or need a controller to run. If Raspberry Pis cost their normal price, you could probably put one of these together for $100 - $150 in raw materials.

I just ordered everything in the bom... It ended up at 280$ without rpi, bolts, screws and PSU. well I added som tools to crimp Dupont connectors tho.

i just got mine up and running.
ha'd some problems along the way.
problem 1. rpi 4 out of stock world wide. edited the main body to fit a rpi 3. main body can now be printed with support overhang angle set to 85 degrees, and of course you can switch to a rpi 4 when you get one... replaceable press in panels for rpi 3 and 4 designed. Axlzys uploaded the modified .stl and .step files in he's github.
problem 2. ordered wrong ph probe (dfrobot ph 1.1) the code is written for the probe that automatically sense if there is ph4 or ph7 calibration fluid. you have to get the dfrobot ph 2.0
problem 3. stirrer motor in my opinion was too high rpm werry noisy and the stirrer bar sometimes got thrown away. i put a 47 ohm resistor on the 5v (not the 3,3v as in description) supply from motorhat that made the motor soft start and almost completely silence. i also made the reaction camber as big as the stirrer motor cover to avoid the stirrer rod banging the walls.

and there is another problem,The needle will be corroded by hydrochloric acid if it is used for a long time.about six months.and needles are made of metal. If you let the waste water go into the tank, it will be dangerous to coral
