Here is my 45g Oceanic Tech Series Starphire tank.

The tank is lit by a AquaMedic 250 DE Ocean Light Pendant with a 20K Aqualine bulb. I purchased a Neptune Aqua Controller Jr. w/ Serial Port Upgrade, Lab Grade Ph probe, DC8 and Temp probe. The AC Jr keeps my temp steady at 80.3 day and night. For skimmers I decided to try a EuroReef RS-80. I have always used an ASM, but I hear great things about EuroReef. The skimmer was improved with a Gate Valve and the Mesh Wheel Mod. I have two Tunze 6045s, and an Ehiem 1250 for a return. Enough talk, on with the pictures.

Very nice looking setup there Hopkins.

Question about the tank. Were you able to order that predrilled and with the overflow kit from the factory or online somewhere or did your LFS get that in for you?

I had an LFS order it for me. They only make this style tank reef ready. It comes with the overflow, durso, and drilled. Its a nice heavy tank too. They used 1/2" glass, and black silicone. Expensive, but well worth the cost.

Awesome setup Adam. Thanks for including a video as well...always tends to beat photos IMO (although I got a little dizzy when you went vertical :) ).

Great job.
