I recently discovered i had introduced what im assuming is ich into my display tank so i decided to do the 76 day fallow display while i medicate with copper power and do a treatment of prazipro after. Im following the guidlines and hope for any feedback about my setup

Im also a little worried about how stocked i have a 60 gallon breader tank but its what i have to work with unfortunately

The tank looks good to me - plenty of room for those fish.

The primary concern here is; does your QT have an operating/seeded biofilter? If not, you are going to run into severe ammonia issues.

FWIW: you don't need to leave your tank fallow for 76 days, if your display is 79 F. or warmer, 60 days is fine.

sETUP LOOKS GOOD. i WOULD ELMINATE THE ROCK FOR PURPOASE OF ABSORPTION OF ANY MEDS AND POTENTIAL INJURY. AGREE ON SEEDED SPONGE EITHER WITHIN A BOX FILTER ORWITHIN A POWER FILTER

It has two seeded sponge filters each rated for 100 gallons and the rock is live that i do not plan on using in my display

Ran in the sump for over a month. I noticed the purple tang was showing signs of ich but disappeared the next day so i seeded the sponges then and once i saw it come back on the powder blue i did a full removal. But i am worried cause the powder looks almost wrinkled with white spots

Get a block or two of Genesis Rock, Polyplab makes. Once it seeds it does much better than some of the bio sponges.

The issue with the live rock is that it can adsorb copper, thus making dosing more difficult.

So if i want to keep the live rock should i be keeping the copper at the upper limit?

No you should only be checking the level more frequently, and keeping the copper level at the level you choose, depending on what product you're using

I am using copper power and will start the treatment tonight or tomorrow since i wanted to make sure they were all settled and eating

Copper powers recommendation is 2.25-2.5ppm

I tend to run my QT systems mid points 2.3-2.35ppm.
