How can we get this off the ground

I along with a couple friends are thinking of getting a group together to discuss and trade ideas and knowledge of saltwater marine life. We are looking to get a group of fellow hobbyists (salties) together and discuss, buy, sell and trade ideas, techniques and saltwater materials,ie: equipment,fish,corals,inverts ect...
