How do I contact a Forum Admin ?

I created a thread earlier, and somehow its out there twice. I have no idea how or why it happened, but apparently I am not allowed to delete my own posts, so can someone please delete one of them ? They are a complete duplicate of one another. Thanks !

Below the text of any comment posted there are a few options, such as reply, qoute +, and one of them is report. Click on report. In the pop-box explain that it was a duplicate post. Then submit report. This will alert a member of the mod team so they can deal with it. This is also the best way to alert the mod team of inappropriate content.
