How do I make a user group/club?

Hello,
was wondering how to make a new user group as I want to make one for south west Virginia area (roanoke) as there are some reefers on the forums from Roanoke.

Ive tried to contact him at times but all that comes back is an automated message for r2r saying to submit a ticket. I did so and got nothing back. I've submitted another one for this user group as the past one was for the r2r research badge. Still no reply for that one as well.

He gets busy but you’ll hear from him

Yes as Vetteguy says he will contact you but could be in a week. You now get a ticket number or something but why not just say I will get back to you at some point.

Im also 3 hours north! West Virginia doesnt have a club in this area its all in the north. Pretty sure they attend northern ohio or pennsylvania clubs. I wish i had a club around here. Maybe in the future ill gather my reeders in the area and make a club. I know people around have reefs. Juat no clubs YET!
