How do I plumb with loc line?

Hi so I will be setting a 29 gallon tank here shortly and was wondering what would I need to get the water from the pump into the tank.
I will most likely have a 1/2 loc line adapter but what size threaded bulkhead would I need. What is everything I will need. Should I attach the pvc straight to the pump?
 
I ordered my plumbing from one site so was easier to know what attached to each. Brs for my case. Regular pvc fittings i bought in bulk so I definitely had enough 90s, 45’s etc.

my return i matched the bulk head to the hole size. It then attaches to a screw one end 1/2 inch loc line nub the other.

i am not an expert on plumbing terms lol.

i like to add a small piece of silicone tubing between the pump and the pvc. acts as a vibration stopper. Like 2 inches max.

I’m having trouble finding the bulkhead for the 1/2 thread. Is it possible to find a link.

Just use a 3/4 threaded flange bulkhead then get the 3/4 locline connection then 3/4 to 1/2 locline adapter.
 
Wouldn’t it be more simple to just use 1/2 inch bulkhead to 1/2 inch locline.
I'm thinking this is probably what I would do.
Depending on the pump using some soft tubing between the pump and pvc does help with vibration and noise.
But I've found that using a good dependable DC pump makes using the soft tubing unnecessary, but it wouldn't hurt anything.

I’m going to be using the jebao dc pump. I think I’ll add a small piece of rubber.

Or run it all the way to the bulkhead.
Many use what is called braided plastic tubing. It's reinforced on the inside.
 
Wouldn’t it be more simple to just use 1/2 inch bulkhead to 1/2 inch locline.
The pressure on 1/2” will cause more stress on your return pump. The reduction point from 3/4 to 1/2 helps get boost in flow at the exit point due to a venturi effect. Just like placing your thumb on the end of a water hose.
 
For reference: 3/4 bulkhead, threaded male connection, reducer, 1/2” locline, 3” flare
