I connected the doser via USB but i cant access it through the app. The doser came out of the box unable to hotspot and a rep told me its in client mode... How do i take it out of client mode so i can use the hotspot?

Do you know how long it sat on the shelf with the vendor before you bought it? We may need to do a firmware upgrade also and can step you through that also.
If you need help how to connect it via USB to your computer can help on that also.

If that is the case make sure you update the firmware also :)
@PegasisR - When you launched the GCC Desktop Software and connect via USB and launch the Desktop App while connected via USB to your doser, does it say when you first connect on the general tab firmware up to date or does it say New Firmware Available?

Ok here the Video on updating the Doser, try again with the steps outlined in this Video and lets see if it sticks :)
You can also if you wish, if the upgrade does not work we have another way to do the upgrade.

Having just set up my P4, I think you connect to the doser with your PC, open GCC, connect your doser, go to system on the left hand side and under system you will see communication and there you have to select the type of communication you want to have as the default with your device.
