Ok. Does anyone know if a Ritteri Anemome can split, kind of like how RTBA can? I have one that was extremely large in my 300 Gallon Tank. Nomally sits really high on my tank and atop a rock. This morning I notice that the rock it sits on is 'sticking' through the middle. Now the anemone is completely around the rock.

I hope it is splitting and not going to die. I can see one mouth.

Tough to see with small pict. How to I insert larger image?

Ritteri

They rare do split but when they do it mostly looks like your saying.

Keep an eye on it.

How long have you had the anemone. Usually magnificas split after being in captivity for a longer amount of time.

The rock should show through and then youll have hopefully two equal halfs. Keep up your water quality and they should live.
