How do u post vids on here any help would be appreciated

best way to do is to upload it to youtube. Once it is processed and published you go to its page and hit the share tab below it. It will give you a link to copy and paste. Then in the forum you hit the video icon and paste the link into the box. Hit ok and when you submit the reply it will be embedded like so.
