So I finally received my shipment of the large Fauna Marin LPS pellets and I'm trying to figure out the best way to spot feed...

Do you use them with a baster? Tweezers? Fingers? They're so small I just don't know which way would be best without getting them all over the tank.

Thx.

no fingers they stick once your fingers get humid. What I do is turn off the pumps (oviously) get a straw aim the lps you want to feed and drop the pellets in the straw and viola.

I've used rigid airline tubing. It is long enough so that you can keep one end out of the water and drop pellets into the top. Because the rigid tubing is clear you can watch the pellets roll down the tube so that you are ready to aim once it approaches the end.

This was done for some small pellets so if yours are too big the rigid tubing may not work.

I haven't used the Fauna Marin pellets yet (though I want to try them out), but do something similar with some other foods. However, I have glued a plastic syringe to the other end of the airline tubing so that I can soak them and draw them up.
