So i planned a holiday for a bit more then a week. This will be my first time I am away from home that long. I am curious how people prepare their tanks for holidays when nobody is available to be with the tank.

for now i have: ato system, skimmer, temp controller.
I need to buy a auto feeder. ( and i have a camera that is near the tank and connected to my phone)
do i miss something here?
Any more tips?

Auto feeders. I use Ehiem.

Have the best equipment available. German or US made pumps and things last longer and are more reliable than most Chinese stuff. AC pumps are more reliable than DC pumps.

2 power circuits. Flow pumps and return pump on separate - if one goes out, then the tank still has some water movement.

Have somebody check. My family knows nothing about my tanks, but they can tell if lights are on, fish are swimming and that there is no smell of death in the air.

Have a local hobbyist on standby just in case of an emergency. You can be their standby when they are on holiday.

A battery backup for at least one pump to keep oxygen levels up in the case of an outage. Otherwise, I think you've covered your bases.
