How do you stop spam emails from this website

Just amend the email preferences, I don’t get any emails from R2R other than ones I want, and certainly no spam or advertising

Hello I regret making account on this website it’s ridiculous how much spam email I get . I already unchecked the settings to get emails but I keep getting them 4-6 per day . This website sucks
