How do you sustain your corals do you target feed?

I was wondering how many reefers actually target feed their corals and if so what do you feed them? Also what corals benefit from this the most? could you target feed acro's ? Lets see what you target feed post a pic.

Corals need food to really thrive and grow fast. Many times it comes in the form of uneaten fish food. Some people broadcast feed their corals by just throwing some food in the tank. Others concentate the food into the corals mouths, target feed. Target feeding gets more food to the corals mouths while polluting the least. It takes time and patience. Many people just don't have the time. If you do then go for it your corals will get a fat belly :)

I used to target feed...then I got lazy and now just broadcast feed the entire tank.

I target feed a few every few days to once a week, I kinda target feed diferent ones each time when I started I would flood them with a turky baster, then I started having excess nitrate and algea blooms, so I cut back , added a couple fish and let nature do the rest

I try to target feed. But most of the time I don't. My acans and blastos normally catch food pretty good if I broadcast feed. Sometimes I try to feed the tank when I wake up in the morning because alot of corals eat at night.

I feed a mix that is mostly cyclopeeze(for the coral) and mysis(for the fish). Sometimes I spot feed but usually I just throw a piece in there.

i target feed everyday! in the wild there is an endless supply of food for corals and that makes it easier for them to feed, but in our tanks, we are god and we are the ones that have to help them on the feeding. the more you feed your corals, the more they grow...

once a week I turn off allmy pumps and feed my corals cyclopeeze. I try to get some on each coral. I should do it more often but the lazy factoe kicks in.

hmm I asked the question because i have heard that target feeding makes them grow faster but on the other hand i hear that just feeding the fish and their poop will sustain the corals ..also cuts down on waste and nitrates. so i guess you can do both as long as you have a nice big skimmer ?
