You can get a kit with 4 or 5 different lenses and a little thing to clip it to your phone for like 4 dollars on AliExpress.

No editing. Just iPhone in regular camera mode and the clip on lens from that kit (orange + yellow combined)

I have the larger flipper lens that you show, and it works, but it’s not as good as the one I posted. It’s a lighter orange with less filtering capabilities.
