Sometimes I worry that they don't get any food on the days i feed frozen. I'm a pretty light feeder and the frozen LRS pieces seem to only stay in the water column; and most get gobbled up by the my two fish. I would have to leave the powerhead off for a pretty decent time for the pieces to hit the sand, and the ones that do hit the sand are almost invisible to me. Will the nassarius find food eventually?

If it is there....they find it. However if your circulation and feeding habits are such the food/waste never settles in the sand then I obviously they gonna be hungry....

I feed heavy and find mine eat...a lot

Mine always perish. Either wrasse eats them or not enough food. I believe don’t want competing things on sand bed. My diamond goby keeps it completely clean so someone will not get enough. Just my theory
