As above stated is a true fact!

I myself love feeding my tank. It’s all depends on how much time you want to spend on your investments. I feed my corals fish, mysis shrimp, meat pellets, reef roids, brine shrimp, Red Sea AB+ and Vita Chem. I make small containers with it all mixed up and blended with small chunks left for larger fish. My coral are always plumped after feeding.
Put all containers in the freezer after use

Indeed, all true (and I do have fish - no coral atm though)

I do feed mysis, Rod's and TDO but never target fed.

Wondering if it will help to keep them healthier, grow faster or any benefit at all.

I direct feed my corals with a mix of Benereef and Reefroids mixed with tank water once a week using a coral feeder . The corals seem to love it and respond positively.

I wait a few hours later and do my weekly water change.
