Understood. Here in the US we have live rock farmers. We are very fortunate. As for pests, you will get them anyway

Dry rock = white dry rock, bottled bac
Live rock = ocean rock/LFS rock/fellow reefer rock

There are huge differences between the three that you have categorized as "live rock".
