Besides the poll would love to hear what freshwater tanks you still run.

I have 2 freshwater systems still. A 8-900 gallon pond and a high light carbon injected freshwater planted tank.

I just fired up a little 10g FW to have something to watch in the kitchen

I got a little 15 gallon next to reef tank. I am not the best fresh water husband it gets neglected but it was been up so long it’s pretty much on cruse control. I have three fish in there and decided than when they die I am shutting the tank down. Strong suckers won’t die! I go a week between feeding and they are happy as heck. Meanwhile my salty guys feel like they are looking for an excuse to die. Even if I don’t kill them they take matters into there own hands and jump.

Yes, I have an operation of 6 to 8 tanks depending on how fast some breed. Setting up a new tank this weekend, 210 with a 135 sump to hold the breeding groups. 4 29 gallons and 2 125s are always running for fry and grow outs. Then I have 2 20l that are dry but ready to run if I need them. I love my reef tank but still have a bigger attachment to my FW. Some of my breeders I've had for 5 plus years

I actually just took down a piranha tank and a planted tank within the last 6 months.....had to make room for two large reptile enclosures :)

freshwater? whats that?

It's the water that you get in places you shouldn't when swimming. It's not polite and deserves a smack.

What reptiles are you keeping? Have a crested gecko and a pair of frogs. In the past had a leopard gecko that i got in elementary school that lived till a few years ago.

I currently have a Purple Tegu and my wife's Bearded Dragon. Have kept multiple species of monitors and snakes in the past :) What species of frogs do you have?

I keep a 38 gallon FW that’s been running a few years. I have a 7 gallon betta tank on my dresser as well and am getting ready to do a pico planted fw on my desk at work.

I know I'm odd... I jumped straight into saltwater. Never kept a FW tank at all.
