How many calibrate the neptune trident with tank water.

Yes or no and why

More recently I started due to Calcium readings falsely creeping up in the absence of dosing. Alcalinity seems unaffected by this creeping up.

Like the idea and do so. But it gets a bit counterintuitive if I know my calcium is spot on, yet wanders off and I used up the calibration fluid.

Let me add, this is without calcium dosing.

I’ve been calibrating using my tank water for the last year or so. Why? I trusted my test kits before getting the Trident so why not now? I did use the calibration fluid my first couple of reagent changes, but I found I get more consistent numbers by using my tank water instead.
