who else into arcade, pinball and custom watercooled pc.
How do you balance the budget for all the hobbies?
since covid started, my arcade and pinball budget increase to the point zero left over for the reef...lol

Let’s see I collect watches, custom knIves, high end sps (took a 5 year break from reefing due to accident but now back in full force) ohh yea and wives on #4 now. The latter being most expensive but hey I don’t have kids and plan on spending everything before become part of the nitrogen cycle. i also don’t collect a lot of the things I seem to have collections of.

Lets see - Reefing, woodworking, scuba, photography, collecting quality bourbon and scotch,,........and then there's the wife's scrapbooking..............
when I saw the post title was wondering if I get to include the mrs' hobbies.
maybe mine sells card stock and stamps to yours, or maybe it's the other way around.

I also play video games: PS5, Xbox one, Switch

Does my dog count as a hobby? Playing with him is fun

That is awesome!

B.O.A.T. = Break Out Another Thousand.

My current lawn ornament needs tires, some decking, new swivel seats, some electrical work, registration and the time to do all that, and it is only 17 feet. Much easier now to slap waders on and go fishing. The boat hasn't seen water for a few years.

Oil painting, my critters ( bunnies and dogs) making native American regalia ( beadwork ) horses lol

Hunting and guns are my others, but my most expensive is this one. I have multi-tank syndrome coupled with expensive tank/equipment disorder. Just bought a 150g from Glass Cages. On the tank, stand, and equipment alone I'll be close to $10k. Now just to find the money for the fish...

Besides reefing, I play video games, have all the new consoles (not a PC gamer, it’s just not appealing to me).

I play music (started playing the drums when I was 15, and in the subsequent 25 years I’ve learned a bunch of other instruments), but I’m not a huge collector, I pick up new things here and there.

I paint and draw (once you get the basics it’s not a huge money sink).

Probably my most expensive hobby is traveling. I try to take at least one international trip a year. Last year we didn’t go anywhere (for obvious reasons), but in recent years we’ve gone to Egypt, Iceland, Peru/Columbia, Brazil, Vatican City/Rome, Amsterdam, and St Lucia. Planning on going to New Zealand once travel restrictions aren’t as crazy (plus I recently got vaccinated, so that makes things a little less risky).
