How much food do I feed blue tang(3inch) yellow tang (2 inch), two clowns (2 inch) in terms of cubes and sheets of nori

I'd say 1/2 cube daily.

Assuming you mean a Hepatus tang, it’s more zooplankton eater than herbivore, though it certainly will eat nori given the chance. 2x4 sheet of nori and one cube per day.

One cube for all fish?

Atleast 1 cube and some nori. I have more and larger fish and feed them 15 cubes of various Hikari, keeps them healthy and thriving.
