How much water for 1 million rotifers?

I'm very got everything ready to practice culturing rotifers to hopefully get some clownfish fry to survive in the future.

One thing I can't find is how much saltwater do I need for 1 million rotifers?

I just put 8oz of phyto in with the bucket of rotifers. I started with 2 gallons of water, as I'm unable to see the bottom I believe there is enough phyto in there, I'll check it in the morning.

I still have enough phyto for one or two more feedings. I'm going to go pick up some more tomorrow from the lfs. My phyto culture won't be ready for 6 to 10 days, if it's ready and dosen't crash.

Good luck. I've crashed like 6 rotifer cultures in the past 2 months and im doing everything perfectly. dang things are nearly impossible for me to keep going.

5 liters of liquid green. I have 4 liters in the fridge and the rotifers are doing great. Hatch night is this Sunday after lights out. I got a vossen larval trap ready to set up. Something bad is gonna happen, this is my first attempt and so far everything is working. It probably helps I've been getting advice from sustainable aquatics down the road.
