I know I have an Apex set up that tests my pH and Temperature; I usually test the rest of my parameters when something goes south in my tank. I am wondering how often you are testing your tank parameters.

Weekly, Sundays. Tank maintenance and water change day

I'm still working my Saturday/Sunday job, so I test nutrients and major parameters mostly on Mondays, followed up with a water change. Sometimes I'll go again toward the end of the week.

Corals say it makes a difference.

With my tank still being new, and I'm still having to dose ammonia and phosphate, I check P and dKH every day. N, pH, and Ca I check on water change day, once a week. I think I will be at the point where I don't have to check P and dKH every day soon though! Things are finally starting to stabilize and I'm getting my dosing down. The dosing pumps have helped a TON!

Alk, Ca, Mg daily with trident. The others every week or so.

Once you get it stabilized and you know your tank well, you won't have to test every single day!

Almost never. I tested alk last week and it was like 4. It's supposed to be about 8. Nothing seems to care.

I tested calcium about a year ago and I don't even remember testing anything else but some day I will. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes: (and should)

About once a week. That said some stuff i should test more often currently, but this hobby consumes most all of my free time as is so probably won't test anymore than what I do now lol.

I do a 25% Wc every other weekend, and I usually test all the day before, and the day after. That way I know where it started, and what the Wc did for everything.
