I have a 120G with a 40G sump. I have a dual reactor running on a Sicce 1.5. I mix my carbon and GFO together. How often do I need to change it out?

You really shouldn't mix gfo can carbon since they have totally different flow requirements. But as far as when to replace just watch your po4. When it starts to creep up your gfo is exhausted.

I've yet to see a straight answer on how long before carbon is exhausted. I've seen anecdotal comments from 3-4 days to 5-6 weeks. I guess it's hard to test.
