Did you guys burn in the bulbs before running them dimmed at 50%? I ask because it's recommended to run new bulbs at 100% wattage for 50 hours before using them in dimmmable units to prevent premature failures.

I could be wrong but I believe they said in the video they burned them in for 100 hours.

Only been at this since January but I've recently gone away from straight full on LED lights. I'm now running a 4 bulb T5 fixture with my current USA Loop LED light to back it up and I have to say my 90g tank has never looked better.

The blend of T5 and LED just gives the perfect blend that cannot be achieved by either alone.
