How often should I change out the carbon blocks in my BRS 5 Stage RO/DI system? Also is there a general rule of thumb as to when to change the DI resin? Thanks!

I change all my filters (not the RO membrane) but a others when my TDS meter reads 1 if I’m out of filters I’ll still use the water, until my new filters come in

I change all of mine when my TDS get to 3 or 4. Most DI resin changes color to let you know. If color change does not help, then when the TDS goes up is also a good way to know.

When sediment turns beige I do both sediment and carbon, or every 6 months cause these filters cheap.

DI as soon as TDS 1 goes to 2 ish.

Membrane change when DI starts to change colour faster that normal making the same volume of water.

I change my carbon and sentiment filters around the 1-year mark or when the flow slows. I change my DI Resin when my output TDS is greater than 0. I am using a BRS 7-stage RO/DI unit.
