My Reefer 625xxl upgrade

Ok guys I’m upgrading my SCA120 to a Reefer 625xxl (not a big upgrade) this will be my 3rd tank upgrade and I’m hoping to get it half way right this time my SCA tank is not bad but There are just something I know I can do a lot better, Not only will this be a upgrade but I will be moving all my livestock over to the new tank which is 45min-1hr way (wish me luck), new house so I thought an upgrade was appropriate, tank will be here Friday.

setup new tank with fresh dry sand add 20-30lb of cured live rock, do the zeovit 14 day cycle, move stuff over to New tank, I hope it goes this smoothly

Below is a list of what I have and use. I update this list regularly.

Lights 2 radion xr30 pro G4 with RMS mount
1 radion xr15 pro G4 with RMS mounts (LPS side)
i hope this is enough light for an SPS tank
Flow 4 MP40QD eventually
Return pump duel Various-6 DC return pump
Filtration SKIMZ ZAR-157 zeovit reactor (I’m doing zeovit 14 day cycle)
Skimmer Bubble King 200 mini :)
ATO tunze 3155
Dosing Echotech Versa Avast K1 Kalk reactor/zeovit additives :)
Controller Apex with Trident DOS x 2
AWC 2 Versa pumps
2 cheap Walmart fan for cooling
JBJ 1/4hp chiller it’s hot in California for emergency

PH 8.1-8.3
po4 0.1-05 sometimes I use phosphate E (because I feed a lot)
no3 0 zeovit system

Tank is up, wow it’s heavy as **** if you get anything from this know that the reefer 625xxl you need 4-6 people to move it

Anyone know what size tubing I need for the return pump? 3/4” or 1” on the reefer 625xxl

Tank is up and running now 80lbs of cured rock with 20 more of dry rock 1 xr30 down 2 more to go 1 mp40 down 2 more to go SKIMZ ZAR-157 in place I’m going to do the 14 day zeovit method wish me luck

Ok it’s day 4 of the 14 day zeovit cycle everything is looking good I started my regular zeo doses now. my SG is a little low 1.023 I’m going to just keep adding salt water till it evaporates to 1.025

Day 6 of 14 day zeovit, having a diatom bloom everything seems to be going as planed, I changed the scape, I will probably change it again.

The 11th day of zeovit, diatom bloom still in place, I put in 2 tangs (powder blue & lemon tang) and some CUC 8 snails everything seems to be on track with what the 14 day cycle said I’m going to put a branching monti in this weekend

Tank update, diatom bloom is starting to get better, i have a bacterial bloom now (This seems to happen when you use dry rock) I’m waiting it out I haven’t added anything yet. I’m just doing the recommended zeovit Dosage for my tank size.

Update, so my bacterial bloom is slowly getting better I added a couple more fish sailfin tang and coral Beauty, mounted radions (I hope this is enough power for a full SPS tank) and now I need to find 1 more MP40QD

New update I’m on week 4 I did my first water change (10g) everything has been cleared up now for a week or so, I added a few frags last week monti caps easy stuff they seem to be doing fine so a added a few more :) my thoughts on the 14 day zeovit cycle if you know a little bit about reefing you can hit the ground jogging:)
