My tank isn’t fully established yet and dosent have the most nutrients should I spot feed more often
My tank is over 2 years old and I was spot feeding twice a week up until a couple of months ago.

I used to feed mine but stopped when I started feeding All for Reef - it feeds everything in the tank and my corals (including the duncans) are doing great.

Can I feed them more then twice a week or can it hurt them
You want to allow them time to digest their foods and convert to energy along with light which does the same. Ive fed as much as 3x a week

Duncans have a voracious feeding response and are surprisingly adept at catching food. They get a bit of meaty food out of the water column every time I feed most likely. Idk that they really need spot feeding unless they aren't getting any of the frozen you feed at meal time. In my experience they're a little better than most lps at stuffing their gullet before another creature steals their meal
