39 last 9 months of my 30's lol

I started my first marine tank in 1994, so I around 15 I guess I was, had that one running until 2000 when I moved and shut it down, then didn't have any saltwater until 2008 which I had a couple of years then moved again and shut it down, now been back a couple of years and have become a pro at moving tanks and setting them back up, so now I just move the tanks with me.

I'm 40, and got my first tank when I was 11. It was a snowflake moray, and I kept it alive for about 4 years despite having bought it from Walmart, being my first fish, and as an 11 year old with no google or internet and clueless about what brackish meant. I miss that fish, but I don't plan on getting another eel. Yet.

I've kept freshwater tanks on and off since then. However, this year is the first time I decided to swap to salt. I'm currently mid swap. Follow my build thread if you want to keep tabs! :D

Turned 60 this year. This is my 2nd reef tank (1.5 yo 160 gal). I'm back into it after more than 15 years off. Started with Salt water (no corals) when my boy were young. I now have grandsons that love looking at the tank and naming the fish and critters.

15, started freshwater aquascaping at 12, and got into salt about half a year ago. Going to try to start an installation buisness in my local neighborhood!
