I got a BTA over the summer. It spilt about 4 months after I got it. They haven't moved at all and they are sticky and eat well. They just don't seem to grow. Anything I can do to speed up growth ? My water is fine, lights are led and t5 and they are in good flow. Any ideas ?

Honestly..they grow like weeds when you have been water parameters! I had one, then 15 in no time and my Po4 was off the charts. I will never have a rbta or any nem ever again. They took up the best sps spots in the tank, so I got rid of them.

It depends on your system. Mine doubled in size in one month. Now it's too big, feast or famine!
