How to clean filter socks?

Do I just rinse them in the sink? Do I need to get new ones? Or what do I do?

What kind of socks are they.......mesh or felt?

And what kind of washing machine do you have?

I put mine in a 5 gallon bucket, pour a cup of bleach and fill it water. I let that sit for 24hrs then I lay them on my driveway and hose them down very good to remove all the bleach. I then air dry them for another 24hrs. I have about 15 socks and I change them daily so I have enough socks to only wash them once a week.

I wash mine in the wash machine on a bleach load just make sure to rinse completely and dry completely that is what I was told to do and never had a problem

You could wash them in the sink,a hose/powerwasher, washing machine, after a while youll realize when they need to get thrown out.

Thrown In the washer with a lil bleach, extra rinse cycle if u have one. Then let air dry. Been using mine for 2 years so far.

I throw my felt socks in the wash, no bleach just water. Heavy duty cycle double rinse. Come out spotless every time

Will washing them in a front load washer work? I have noticed that no matter how long I soak them in the bleach solution they don't come out white...still brownish..

Soak in Hydrogen perokide food grade and washer mashine hot/ cold wash. I then let air dry

Top loading washing machine. Large load, 1/2 cup bleach and a second rinse. Let air dry at least 7-10 days before using, is how I do it.
