Just cleaned out my sump. Turned off all pumps, scraped walls and baffles of sump, used powerhead and hose to remove as much water as I could and then got out the Bucket Head mentioned previously (both using the same 5 gal bucket).
  • Great tool and hose is the right size/no kinks to work around in the sump.
  • This unit is easy to clean also when you are done.
  • It locks onto a 5 gallon bucket and is a 1.75 peak horsepower wet/dry vaccuum.
  • Only $22. I am sure you already have a 5 gal bucket lying around to attach to.
