Hey all! I am new to this whole electrical thing and I am hoping to be able to get someone's advice on how to connect a float switch to a pump (see below images). So if anyone could tell me how to do this and what i need that would be great. Thank you all in advance.

You cannot. That is a low voltage switch that would instantly fry if you tried to run mains voltage through it. You have to use the switch into something like an apex breakout box, buy a premade relay harness or make your own. Something like this ….

You would need a breakout box or DYI relay box one to accomodate.
