How should I go about fixing this leak from the overflow? I’ve tightened the hose clamp as much as I can without it breaking something. Think a new hose clamp would work? Or maybe silicone?

Sorry I thought it was clearer. Not leaking from the bulk head. Leaking from the hose only. I’ll get new stainless teal clamps and add Teflon tape. Thanks!

Is the hose glued into the bulkhead?

I assume this is what you have. The white PVC needs to be glued into the bulkhead with PVC cement. Just slipping it in will most certainly not be water tight.

Ah gotcha. Got my tank second hand and it doesn’t have the white pvc pieces. It’s a dual overflow and I connected the other side the same way but it’s fine. I may just try wrapping in Teflon to see if that helps

So what is inserted into the bulkhead? Teflon tape is usually used on threads, I don't think its meant to plug leaks.

I think I get it. Does the bulkhead look like the one on the right?

If it is, it will be difficult to get a tight seal using that tubing. You can definitely try a new hose clamp. If that doesn't work, you should switch to vinyl tubing with a clamp which will have a much tighter seal.
