have a 25 lagoon and phosphates are 0.48 and i only feed twice a day theres 2 clowns baby sixline wrasse and a fire fish and watchman goby

Do you have corals in the tank? Is it affecting the corals? You can just add a small pouch of gfo or phosguard into your filter or sump to gradually bring it down.

It's an all in one 25 lagoon and yes 1 bubboe coral 2 octospawns and a acan and it is affecting the octos i have a skimmer but it came with the tank used so I don't think it's working it doesnt javelin a valve

A skimmer does not remove phosphate. Only phosphate remover such as rowa pbos or phosguard or liquid lanthenum. They are all very potent so just use half the dosage. But this is the way to remove phosphate, just do it slowly not to affect the corals.
